About Prewitt Hardwood Floors Inc
Established in 1999, we are a family-owned and operated business specializing in woodworking and home finishes. We take on flooring installation, sanding, and finishing of hardwood floors, stairs, and trim work.
We have a 4000 square foot woodworking space. However, most work is done on the job site. Rich Prewitt, our master carpenter, has a Master’s in furniture building through the Northwest Woodworking Studio. He has also trained others all over the world and taught classes for the Carpenters Union.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. We see clients across Battle Ground, Ridgefield, Woodland, Yale, Cougar, Vancouver, Gresham, Portland, and the surrounding areas.
The Prewitt Hardwood Floors Inc Difference
At Prewitt Hardwood Floors Inc, we know that every home is unique, and we get creative for each project. We ensure you are heard and understood over what is popular, trending, or designed for you.
One aspect that makes us second to none is we love the sustainability of what we do for a home, business, or school. The ability to keep wood floors and trim beautiful for a lifetime makes us proud.
What sets us apart from the rest of our competitors is we not only add value and beauty to your home, but we also will find a solution for what you want without selling you a new product or filling the landfill. We also keep our company small so as to ensure our customers get the quality they deserve.
One of our most significant achievements has been the longevity of our business and the set up of our professional woodworking shop to make custom items.
Our dream for the future is to offer custom floors, cabinets, trims, and beautiful furniture for our client’s homes.
While we are passionate about what we do, we also care about protecting the environment. We encourage products that are better for the environment and less likely to end up in landfills. We strive to use and produce products that can be repaired and refinished, not just replaced.
